To make the Baked Enchilada Dip dip simply mix with 8 ounces of softened cream cheese and 8 ounces sour cream using an electric mixer. Top with grated cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until heated thoroughly and cheese is melted. Comes with directions on back of package.
